Non coring PDC rock bit 75mm for mining

PDC flat sintered non coring  PDC Bit  75mm is made by 1308 PDC Cutters and 45# steel. Tungsten carbide polycrystalline particles is as the PDC bit gauge. Tungsten carbide is a metal material which is made of refractory metal carbides and binder by powder metallurgy. Tungsten carbide is very hard and wear-resistant that makes PDC matrix sintered carbide drill bit has a long service life. You can replace the  PDC Cutter  on it. Combing the advantage of PDC cutters and tungsten carbide make the flat sintered PDC bit widely used in hole drilling of geological drilling and water well drilling. Except for 75mm, we also supply non coring PDC bit with 65mm, 89mm, 94mm, 113mm, 133mm and 152mm, customized service is also available if you need.

Flat sintered PDC bit has longer service life and can drill medium hard formation when compared with Steel Body Pdc Bit.
